Lisa is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, through Lithe & Easy Yoga, with over 6 years combined experience in both teaching and practice. She worked in the corporate world for 8 years while slowly transitioning over into yoga full-time. She currently resides in Cape Coral, Florida with her husband and 3 children.
