Yoga for Golfers

Have a group?   Want to improve your stroke?  Than take time, before you hit the course, to warm up the body for the stresses golf can put on the body!

  • Prior to playing your round of golf, let me come to your golf course, and work on some stretches that will prepare the body.

  • Golfing, as well as many other sports, puts many strains on the body.  If the body is not stretched before hand then  your risk of injury and pain after the game will be noticeable.

    • Unnecessary pressure on the back and hips
    • Tension in the neck 
  • Respect the body by managing it during the entire game.  I will show you how to use your golf cart and clubs as instruments to aid in stretching.
